Welcome to Healthcare Leadership Network of the Delaware Valley!
Our organization is made up of more than 1,000 healthcare professionals in Delaware, Southern New Jersey, and Southeastern Pennsylvania. As a fully integrated American College of Healthcare Executive Chapter (ACHE), we are committed to making the ACHE local experience professionally fulfilling and enjoyable. Our active committees, 20-person Board, and local ACHE Regents are here to listen and serve the needs of our membership. Please explore the rest of our website which contains our strategic plan and our operating bylaws. These documents will give you a good understanding of the current HLNDV priorities.
This year, our Board added two new committees that will focus on serving our members in a more targeted way. These committees -- Membership Services and Communications -- are working diligently to provide more information to members and integrate members into the operations of HLNDV in an easier fashion. Please take some time to review these committees' charters and the four others that support the work of the chapter under our "About HLNDV" menu/Committees tab.
Our goal this year is to raise member satisfaction by offering:
* Timely topics and thought-provoking educational opportunities at a variety of times and locations
* Engaging members at the various stages of their career from student through seasoned professional
* Providing value for your ACHE membership in hosting networking events, offering leadership and service opportunities, and board of governor exam study groups
I look forward to meeting you at an upcoming event. Please let us know what you think about the chapter! Are we meeting your needs? If not, how can we improve? The Board and I are committed to enhancing your ACHE experience.
All the best,
Christine C. Winn, MHA, MS, CHFM, FACHE
President, HLNDV
